ArtExperienceAtlantean TheatreOpen-air theatre ruins. Free concerts every Friday night in summer — local musicians, Greek-style amphitheater, acoustics from two thousand years ago. Bring a cushion.
ArtShopCastor's Pottery StudioCastor's been throwing the same urn shape for 40 years. Visits by appointment — message him on Instagram, he'll let you watch the wheel for an hour. Bring cash if you want to buy.
WellnessSalt House SpaBuilt over a thermal spring. Brine pools, sea-salt scrub, ancient tile work. The 7am session is the move — you have it to yourself. Book 2 days ahead.

EatDrinkThe Sunfall TavernSeafood place where locals actually eat. Order whatever the grill is doing today and don't ask questions. The owner Petros remembers names — say I sent you, get the off-menu olive bread.

Your local's red flags — overhyped spots, tourist traps, places that aren't worth the trip.
- AvoidEatCoral Beach Resort restaurantsThe hotel restaurants on the south beach are all the same Sysco menu under different names. Walk 10 minutes in any direction and eat anywhere else.
- AvoidEatPoseidon SteakhouseLooks impressive on the harbor strip. The steak is pre-frozen, the wine list is all markups, the prices are tourist tax. The Sunfall Tavern gets the same view at half the price with real food.
- AvoidExperienceAtlantis Hop-On Hop-Off TourSkip the $40 bus. The city is small enough to walk end-to-end in a day. The bus stops at sights you can see for free in 10 minutes — pay for the time, not the seat.
